Biography
Leanne Kent primarily teaches First-Year Writing. She brings her interdisciplinary work on human flourishing and well-being to the design of classroom and curricular spaces. Committed to pedagogical well-being and whole person approaches to teaching and learning, her writing classrooms are spaces for students to explore and affirm their own and others’ humanity through collaboratively engaging in writing and creative processes.
Leanne holds a PhD in Applied Philosophy and teaches WRA101, WRA195H, and IAH231A The Good Life: Human Flourishing and Well-being.
