Biography
Matt Kanefsky is the Assistant Director of Language Instruction for French in RCS where he teaches introductory courses in French language as well as French phonetics. Additionally, he serves as the coordinator of the lower level language program and is the direct supervisor of the TA’s and instructors in the 100-200 level program. In this capacity, he works on curriculum development, scheduling and conflict resolution. During the month of August, you will find him working with our annual Fulbright Language Teaching Assistants Orientation in collaboration with several other units at MSU. He is a regular presenter at the annual meeting of the Michigan World Language Association and is involved in a number of projects related to the teaching of French at MSU. Prior to coming to here, he taught high school French for eleven years in Ohio and Massachusetts.
