Biography

Jenny Jimenez is the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications for the College of Arts & Letters at Michigan State University. With more than 27 years of experience in higher education and nonprofit financial marketing, she leads a collaborative team responsible for brand strategy, executive communications, media relations, design, video and photography, web, social media, and digital outreach.

Her work centers on aligning communications and marketing efforts with organizational missions and strategic priorities, ensuring consistency across platforms, and elevating the reputation of the College of Arts & Letters within the university and beyond. Jennifer brings extensive experience in strategic planning, creative storytelling, and integrated multichannel campaigns, and she has served in leadership roles at MSU, Saginaw Valley State University, the University of Michigan, and in the non-profit financial sector.

She holds a Master of Arts in Communications & Digital Media and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & Management from Saginaw Valley State University. Dedicated to advancing education and community engagement, Jennifer has also served as a trustee on nonprofit and school boards.
