Biography
On January 6, 2025, I proudly celebrated 50 years of service at Michigan State University—a journey marked by growth, dedication, and deep institutional knowledge. My career began in Academic Human Resources within the Office of the Provost and Central HR, where I served as an Academic HR Record Coordinator for 33 years. In that role, I supported countless faculty and staff, helping shape the backbone of MSU’s academic operations.
On July 20, 2017, I joined the College of Arts & Letters as a Fiscal Officer/S in the Department of Writing, Rhetoric, and American Cultures (WRAC). This transition allowed me to bring my extensive HR experience into a new realm of financial stewardship and departmental support.
Throughout these five decades, I’ve witnessed the university evolve, embraced new challenges, and remained committed to the values that make MSU a special place to work and grow. I’m deeply grateful for the colleagues, mentors, and students who have been part of this journey—and I look forward to what lies ahead.
