Biography
Michelle Frederick is an Instructor of Spanish in the Department of Romance and Classical Studies. She teaches courses at the 100, 200 and 300 levels. Before joining MSU, Michelle taught Spanish at Waverly Community Schools, from kindergarten through AP Spanish. At MSU she enjoys her time in the classroom as well as working with Teaching Assistants in the department. She has developed and piloted curriculum, taught English as a Second Language, and has enjoyed a wide variety of travel and study abroad experiences. She also enjoys presenting at conferences to support other teachers.
Degree: M.A. The Wichita State University, Kansas. Research Interest: Spanish Language and Culture, Bilingual and Multilingual Language Acquisition.
