Biography
My name is Amanda Brohman, and I serve as the Fiscal Officer supporting the Department of Writing, Rhetoric, and Cultures (WRaC), the Center for Integrative Studies in the Arts and Humanities (CISAH), Undergraduate Studies, and the College Undergraduate Research Initiative (URI) in the College of Arts and Letters. In this role, I assist faculty and staff with navigating budgets and spending, ensuring that resources are used effectively and responsibly. I have a particular interest in promoting financial literacy and in helping others feel confident in managing funding.
I am a lifelong Spartan, having earned both my BS in Zoology (2012) and my Master’s in Integrative Biology (2019) from Michigan State University. Beyond my professional responsibilities, I enjoy crocheting, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and volunteering at the Wharton Center.
