Raven Baugh

Jointly appointed with the MSU Career Services Network, Raven is the Career Consultant for College of Arts & Letters. She loves supporting students as they navigate transitions and find meaningful pathways. In her work, she values providing actionable steps, tailored plans, and encouraging liberatory dreaming.

With several years of consulting and programming experience, Raven has worked across MSU including in New Student Orientation, The Writing Center, Honors College, and Office of Student Support and Accountability. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of Richmond and her Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration from Michigan State University. In life, she loves centering joy, creativity, and kindness. Beyond work, you can find her playing games, crafting, taking walks, eating ice cream, or at community events.
